NDIS Admin VA Subcontractor Wanted
Are you an NDIS VA Success Hub member ready to take the next step in your VA journey? You’ve invested in your training and built a solid foundation in NDIS admin processes. Now, it’s time to put your skills to work!
We are expanding our small, friendly team and are looking for subcontractors to help share our growing client workload. Whether or not you’ve worked directly with NDIS providers before, your Success Hub training means you already speak our language and are ready to dive in.
Hours: Flexible, with potential for 5-15 hours per week (more about flexibility below).
Who We Are: We are a growing agency specialising in administrative and marketing support for small, service-based businesses. Our particular focus is on the allied health and disability sectors providing services under the NDIS.
What You need:
NDIS Knowledge: Completion of NDIS VA Success Hub training is essential.
Attention to Detail: You review your work carefully and make suggestions for improvements.
Independence: You enjoy working autonomously and can manage your time effectively.
Communication Skills: You’re comfortable emailing and speaking with clients and updating the team.
Flexibility: Available for a few hours during weekdays to stay responsive to clients, but otherwise, work when it suits you.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating new platforms and processes. Xero experience is a plus.
Organised: You keep tasks, documents, and files tidy and easy to find.
A Sense of Humour: We love a good laugh and a supportive team vibe.

Extra hands on training:
Tasks Could include:

Data entry (e.g., Spreadsheets, Xero, PRODA uploads)
Generating NDIS bulk upload files
Client check-ins and updates
Formatting documents and setting up workflows
Updating SOPs and task lists
Following up on forms from participants
Following up outstanding payments for our clients
