With over 20 years’ experience across corporate administration, operations, and business management, I’ve supported teams in industries ranging from finance and civil construction to vegetation management and local government. My career has spanned executive-level support, compliance and tender coordination, and the development of streamlined workflows that keep projects and people- running smoothly.

Today, I combine that corporate background with my passion for helping small businesses thrive. I love simplifying systems, setting up automations, and creating structure so that business owners can finally breathe and focus on what they do best.

Based in Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges, I’m a coffee-fuelled multitasker, a proud mum, and a keen gardener who also keeps bees - they’re my daily reminder that calm organisation and teamwork make everything flourish.
