Quick De-Stress Tips Uncovered

I have a ton of work to do, I'm a bit stressed out!

But that's all the more reason to stop and take a little breather.

In this video some of the ways you can tell you are stressed, and some of the ways you can quickly relieve that stressed out feeling.

Sometimes you don't even realise how stressed out you are, until you start to get physical symptoms!

These symptoms could be

  • cold sores,
  • rashes,
  • headaches,
  • stiff neck,
  • getting a cold.

Even without the physical symptoms, the stress can still be playing havoc in your body and in your head, so you need to stop and take a breath. I need to get better at this and that's why I'm sharing this today. I have stopped at my local gorgeous beach to take a break.  

Here are things you could do when you are feeling stressed:

  • Go somewhere outside
  • Take a deep breath
  • Slow down
  • Take it in
  • Get up from your desk and have a big stretch to relieve tension in your neck and shoulders
  • Drink some tea (I've recently discovered Tulsi, it's yummy!).
  • A short meditation, or some more deep breaths!


This way you can get back to work feeling refreshed. Ready to take on another challenge!
